Welcome to Betcris. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform at betcris.pe, including all services we offer — sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, horse racing, and more. By registering an account or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. We strongly encourage you to review this document carefully before proceeding.

At Betcris, we operate through TV Global Enterprise LTD SAC, incorporated in Peru under RUC 20604357625, with registered offices at Av. Diez Canseco No. 351, Int. 802, Miraflores, Lima. Our group operator is TV Global Enterprises Ltd, registered in Malta (company C 44378), located at Msida Court, 61 First Floor, Msida Seafront, Msida MSD 9043. The Betcris brand has been active since 1985, and we have been proudly serving players in Peru for over 18 years.

2. Licensing and Regulatory Compliance

We are fully licensed and regulated under Peruvian law. Our operations are overseen by MINCETUR (General Directorate of Casino Games and Slot Machines), under the following registrations:

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Who May Use Our Services

• You are not a professional athlete, referee, or official in a sport we offer markets on

3.2 Restricted Jurisdictions

We do not permit access to our platform from the United Kingdom, France, Iran, or any other country where our services are legally prohibited. If you access betcris.pe from a restricted jurisdiction, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or close your account and void any associated transactions.

3.3 Account Verification

We are required by law to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. Our identity verification process may take up to 3 business days. We will not process any withdrawal until verification is complete. You must provide accurate and truthful information at all times. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

A general deposit limit of S/8,000 applies until your identity is fully verified. We may apply further limits at our discretion in accordance with regulatory requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Once your account is fully verified, we aim to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Estimated processing times by method are as follows:

• Visa card payouts: approximately 30 minutes
• Inter-bank transfers: 24–48 business hours
• Other methods: as displayed in the cashier section

We may defer withdrawals by up to 30 days in certain circumstances. A 1x rollover of deposits is required before withdrawal; bets placed at odds of 1.20 or lower (-500 or less) do not count toward this requirement. Recreational customers pay no transaction fees; a 3.5% withdrawal fee applies to non-recreational customers.

5.3 Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms. Free spins expire 72 hours after they are credited. Sports rollover requirements apply at 1x; bets at odds of 1.20 or below are excluded. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

While we take every measure to ensure accuracy and fairness, we are not liable for losses arising from technical failures, delays, or errors beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lima, Peru. For matters relating to our Malta entity, the laws of Malta and MGA regulations shall apply accordingly.
